Meet the Team

Director

Kamesam has 40 years of experience in engineering, project management and dispute resolution, with qualifications in engineering, law, arbitration and adjudication.

Kamesam has worldwide experience in engineering and project management, with projects and teams in Malaysia, China, Indonesia,  Australia, USA, Canada, Brazil, UK, Netherlands, South Africa, Dubai and others.  He has experience working  in Oil and Gas for and with Contractors, National Oil Companies and International Oil Companies.  As a dispute resolution professional he has acted as Adjudicator, Arbitrator and as representative for parties in CIPAA matters related to construction issues.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a Fellow of the Asian Institute for Alternative Dispute Resolution (FAIADR) and an empanelled adjudicator under the Malaysian CIPAA (Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act).

Anita has more than 30 years of experience in the PR and financial sectors having worked with NCR, American Express, HSBC, MBf Cardservices, Technip Malaysia and Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide where she spent her last 5 years as the General Manager, leading the Corporate, IT, Consumer and Finance Portfolios, providing services in PR, Issues and Crisis Management Communication.

Since leaving Ogilvy PR Anita has undertaken a broad spectrum of consulting work for GLCs and Corporate Clients in Communications, Media Training and Crisis Management Communications.  In the last few years, Anita has acquired credentials and experience in Corporate Coaching, and currently has a client list including corporate individuals, professionals, and SMEs.

Anita Chandran

Arjuna brings extensive experience in finance, investment, and sustainable development. At the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), he led the Malaysia SDG Investor Map project, which involved mapping and analyzing insights from over 60 stakeholders across APAC and EMEA. This resulted in the creation of 15 Investment Opportunity Areas (IOAs) valued at over US$13 billion, aligned with Sustainable Development Goals and contributing to the global UNDP SDG Investor Map platform. At Atri Advisory, Arjuna crafted project bids and led client services for Supranational Organisation Clients, collaborating with international teams on policy and ESG development initiatives.

Arjuna also has a strong background in financial journalism, having produced over 3,000 articles at The Edge Malaysia. This experience enhanced his expertise in equity, finance, technology, due diligence, and public policy. His ability to analyze and clearly communicate complex financial concepts makes him a valuable asset to our team. Arjuna’s dedication to sustainable development and comprehensive expertise ensure he will drive impactful initiatives and deliver exceptional results.

Arjuna Chandran Shankar

Dato’ Mahadev is one of the most senior members of the Malaysian Bar and an ex Court of Appeals Judge having retired in 1997.   As a lawyer he was involved in a number of large construction matters, including the Northam Court case in Penang. Post retirement he acted as consultant to Zaid Ibrahim and Company, and as Arbitrator in a number of major matters.

Dato’ Mahadev has sat on three Royal Commissions, and amongst other awards, is the recipient of the Malaysian Bar Lifetime Achievement Award, as recognition of his outstanding contribution to the Malaysian Bar.
